Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.  This will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.  By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to our 15 RIOS Coffee terms, in order to be mutually protected.

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier selected.  Orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 business days of payment of order.  We use the best well known couriers, such as UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on Colombian national holidays, when the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.  15 RIOS Coffee will ship to PO Box addresses with the courier that offer this service.

After dispatching, customers will receive a tracking notification from the courier/shipping provider, so they can follow the progress of their shipment.  If your parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Taxes for international shipments are pre-paid by 15 RIOS Coffee.  No additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival to its destination.
