Return policy.

 

15 RIOS COFFE has the courtesy to provide information to all of its customers about its online privacy policies.

If there is a problem with the quality or quantity of the product, or with its packaging, and you are dissatisfied, we need to be told immediately, via email.  If there's a problem, we will do everything we can to fix it.  Please understand, that due to the nature of our products, the coffee bags are unable to be returned for a refund, after they have been opened.  You have 14 days calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in the same condition it was received. It must be in the original packaging and we require a receipt, or proof of purchase.

We need to receive an explanatory email in order to begin a return process, to this email address: info@15rioscoffee.com, including your name, email address, order number, and a description of the issue. We’ll try to respond as soon as we can, but please allow up to 3 business days for a response with further instructions.  

After inspection of the returned item, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 2 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. The cost of initial shipping, if applicable, is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping, if applicable, will be at your expense.
